SEC. 2201. GRANT AUTHORITY. 2. SALMON HABITAT RESTORATION ASSISTANCE. (a) IN GENERAL.--The Secretary of Commerce may provide financial assistance in accordance with this Act to qualified States and qualified tribal governments for salmon habitat restoration activities.
