Dorgan to Hold Two More Listening Sessions for Tribes in Chandler, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico

WASHINGTON DC –
U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan, Chairman of the Senate Indian Affairs Committee, will convene American Indian tribes from the Southwest region on Sunday, February 18th and Monday, February 19th for listening sessions to discuss health care, housing, education and other important issues facing Indian communities. The first listening session will be held from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shelde Building (Whirlwind Golf Club), 5693 West North Loop Road, Chandler AZ. The second listening session will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2601 Yale Boulevard, SE, Albuquerque, NM. This is the second and third in a series of listening sessions Dorgan is organizing as Indian Affairs Committee Chairman.
