Committee on Indian Affairs Announces Consultation Meetings on S.1439

WASHINGTON DC –
In an effort to foster maximum consultation with all affected parties across Indian Country, and in the most time-efficient schedule possible, the Committee has developed a series of four meetings to discuss S.1439, the Indian Trust Reform Act of 2005. The discussion will be led by David Mullon, Majority General Counsel and Policy Director, and Allison Binney, Minority General Counsel. With the assistance of regional tribal associations, we have been able to schedule the following dates and locations:
